You don’t have to live with back pain!

For most Americans, work life requires a bit of a compromise; sitting for hours a day, many days a week, seems to be the norm. Sitting for that many hours a week can be very difficult for your low back. The joints and muscles of your lower back are built to move, absorb shock, and support your body in gravity. When you sit for long periods of time, the joints in your spine begin to compress, leaving the structures of the low back feeling tight, painful, and irritated.

Addressing low back pain doesn’t have to be complicated
Everyone wants to take care of themselves and so many people want to make sure that they keep their low back happy and healthy so that they don’t face surgery down the road. Unfortunately, so few people know just what to do, and this is where Body Heal comes in.
Body Heal understands how difficult it can be to know what to do about these problems which is why after a Body Heal session we offer stretches and movements to help guide you as you begin to repair your relationship with your low back! So, to go ahead and get you started we have created some videos of low back stretches you can do right at your desk. In later articles we will add other active and passive movements you can do as well.
As always you can reach out to us if you have any questions or you can book a free consultation so that we can help you better understand what is causing your low back pain.
Happy Stretching!
